Chef Shub’s journey began at the age of eight, with a simple love for cooking that quickly turned into a lifelong passion. From creating desserts at home to cooking for small gatherings, his dream of becoming a chef took shape early.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (Food Production) from a leading university in India, Chef Shub graduated in 2015 and went on to master world-class cuisines. His career spans five-star hotels, renowned cafés, and a role as a top chef with the Hilton Group in Australia, before bringing his vision to reality.
